Service Operator
Loo Ease is operated by Nikol Soustružníková.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Loo Ease. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
User Conduct
Users agree not to upload or share:
- explicit or pornographic content
- harassment or hate speech
- illegal content
- spam or misleading information
Reviews and Photos
Users are responsible for the reviews and photos they submit.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
When you submit a review, it becomes an anonymous community contribution. Reviews are not linked to your account identity and will remain in the Loo Ease database after account deletion to maintain the accuracy and usefulness of the service for other users. Photos uploaded by you will be removed upon account deletion.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share anonymised, aggregated insights (such as restroom usage trends) with partners for research or improvement purposes. No individual user can be identified from this data.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Limitation of Liability
Loo Ease is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
